About Laurens County EMS

Serving Laurens County, South Carolina since 1976

Laurens County EMS started in 1976 and serves as the sole 911 provider for Laurens County citizens and visitors. Operating five ambulances and four quick response vehicles stationed strategically throughout the county. Our county covers over 720 square miles, including two lakes, Sumter National Forrest, and the Saluda River. Our service operates under the provisions of the Laurens County Government and County Council.
